Unit4 today announced insurance firm You Sure has won the ‘Best in Class’ accolade in its 2016 Connect Awards. This is the first year Unit4 has run a global customer awards program. You Sure puts the customer at the heart of the business and adopted Unit4 Financial Intermediaries to help it deliver a differentiated service offering.

You Sure is a fast-growing insurance business based in the Netherlands. Started less than five years ago it already boasts 50,000 customers. The company is changing the way insurance brokers and proxies connect with their customers. Using a solution from Unit4, they use their customer information to help them understand where they can offer more and better personalized services. They also provide 24/7 availability through a personalized customer portal and CRM automation.

In total, 12 nominees were shortlisted for six Connect awards including Business Innovation; Time to Value; Growth Champion; Best for People; Best in Cloud; Special Achievements. Winners were awarded €3,000 to donate to a charity of their choice
